(Intro) Beginner

New to the reformer? This class is your starting point. The beginner class is designed to walk you through the foundations- movement, form, and machine setup so you feel confident stepping into any class. Expect a slower pace, detailed instruction, and full-body work that builds strength, stability, and body awareness. 

Our signature, full-body experience. Full50 is a 50 minute, low-impact, high-intensity workout designed to challenge every muscle group through slow, controlled movement. Expect a balance of strength, core, and endurance work using the reformer. You'll leave feeling stronger, longer, and completely worked.

Upper50 & Lower50

A targeted 50 minute workout that focuses between upper and lower body strength. While one muscle group is working, the other is stabilizing keeping your core engaged the entire time. Expect intentional programming, muscle fatigue, and a deep burn that builds strength, balance, and definition. 

A dynamic, off-the-reformer mat class that blends Pilates principles with strength training. Sculpt uses light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build muscular endurance, improve stability, and elevate your heart rate. Expect energizing flows, targeted toning, and a full-body burn.

Hot Sculpt

Turn up the heat. Hot Sculpt takes our Sculpt class into a heated room to intensify the experience helping to increase flexibility, circulation, and sweat. Expect the same sculpting, strength focused workout with an added layer of challenge that leaves you feeling detoxed, energized, and strong.
