CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 10-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit. If you are unlimited, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $30 per class late-canceled. Monthly unlimited members: if this is your first late cancellation in a 30-day period, it will be waived. Same policy applies for any New Client specials.

FREE CLASSES / NO SHOWS
If you're coming in for a free class, please note that the cancellation policy and no show fees still apply. If you do not show up for your class, you will be charged the full price of a Drop In class.
STUDIO RULES & REGULATIONS

All classes and membership packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

All classes must be prepaid.

You must be physically present and checked in at the start of class or your spot may be released to a waitlisted client. No exceptions.

Reserved classes must be changed or canceled at least 10 hours before your scheduled class time or they will be forfeited.

If recovering from an injury or illness, please notify the instructor prior to class start time.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
PHONES & RECORDING
All devices must be silenced and cannot be in use while classes are going. If you need to answer a phone call you must step out of the studio to do so. We have designated classes and specific areas for content creators who wish to record their workouts. If you are taking a normal class, under no circumstance may you upload a video with another classmate without their written consent.
